Középen háttal Hóbor Béla, aki 18 évig volt FIVB játékvezető. Négy Olimpián tevékenykedett. 2000-ben, Sydneyben és 2008-ban, Pekingben olimpiai döntőkön volt második játékvezető. 2004-ben, Athénban az olasz-orosz férfi elődöntőn bíráskodott, 2012-ben Londonban az orosz-brazil döntőt vezette. Emellett számos nemzetközi versenyt (Világ Liga, Világ Kupa, Európa Bajnokság, Világbajnokság, Bajnokok Ligája) irányított. Több mint 50 országban vezetett 1900 mérkőzést. 17-szer kapott küldést Világ Liga döntőbe, 4 Világkupán, 7 Európa Bajnokságon (3-szor a döntőben első játékvezető) és 6 Bajnokok Ligája döntőben bíráskodott. 2014-ben ötödik alkalommal volt az Eötvös Kupa döntőjének első játékvezetője.

Mellette jobbról fehér galléros ingben Póser Pál, aki majdnem 40 éven át töltötte be - 1964 és 2005. között - a Hajdú-Bihar Megyei Röplabda Szövetségben a szövetség elnöki posztját. Jelenleg a Szövetség tiszteletbeli elnöke.

A hálótartó oszloptól jobbra szürke ingben Polgár Sándor, aki a Magyar Röplabda Szövetség alapító tagja. A debreceni Tóth Árpád Gimnázium alapító tantestületének tagja, majd három és fél évtizeden át igazgatója. Jelenleg a Gimnázium nyugalmazott igazgatója. 1946-ban az első magyar röplabda bajnokság szereplője.

At the middle, back to us there is Béla Hóbor, who was an FIVB referee for 18 years. He worked on four Olympics. He was the second referee of the finals in 2000 Sydney and 2008 Beijing. In 2004 Athens he refereed the Italy-Russia men’s semi-final, in 2012 he did so in the men’s final between Russia and Brasil. Beside these he guided on many international tournaments (World League, World Cup, European Championship, World Championship, Champions League). He refereed 1900 matches in more than 50 countries. He was sent to 17 World League finals, refereed on 4 World Cups, 7 European Championships (first referee of the final 3 times) and 6 Champions League finals. In 2014 he was the first referee on the final of the Eötvös Cup for the fifth time.

On his right, in the white-collared shirt it is Pál Póser, who had been the president of Hajdú-Bihar County’s Volleyball Association for nearly 40 years (1964-2005). At the moment he is the honorary president.

On the right of the net supporting column, wearing a grey shirt there is Sándor Polgár, founation member of the Hungarian Volleyball Association. He was a member of the founder teaching staff of Tóth Árpád Grammar School and also the headmaster for three and a half decades. Now he is the retired headmaster of the school. In 1946 he played in the first hungarian national championship.
